About Us

We are a collective of teens who have struggled with sleep, sometimes for YEARS. It was taking a toll on our physical health, emotions, grades, and general overall happiness. We felt crappy all the time.

We had to figure out how to sleep better and this website is our way of sharing what we learned that made a difference for us. We hope that it will make a difference for you too. Sleep is so important, not only for how you feel today but for long-term health. Not to stress you out, but good sleep and enough sleep is really important.
